Ohio Housing Trust Fund dollars are awarded to the Ohio CDC Association to administer the Microenterprise Business Development Program through its statewide network of Community Development Corporations. Eligible Community Development Corporations may apply for funding from the Ohio CDC Association to provide training, technical assistance and business loans to low- and moderate-income Ohioans interested in establishing or expanding Microenterprise businesses. Microenterprises are commonly defined as for-profit entities with fewer than five employees, one of whom owns the business.
