Community Housing Impact and Preservation Program


To provide a flexible, community-wide approach to improve and provide affordable housing for low- and moderate-income Ohioans.


The program funds single-family housing programs, which include activities such as rehabilitation, repair, construction, and rental payment assistance.

For Whom

The State of Ohio Consolidated Plan identifies eligible small cities and rural counties. Participating cities or counties must have an approved Community Housing Improvement Strategy and Policies and Procedures Manual.
