Welcome to Central Ohio, a nine county area that surrounds Ohio's capital city of Columbus. The Central Ohio Region is attractive for its diversity and its well-educated workforce. It meets the needs of small and large businesses alike, and is a great place to work, live and enjoy.

The area has two international airports, ever-improving transportation corridors, a major university and several research centers. The region also boasts major league sports, rural trails, metropolitan shopping centers, culture events and many outdoor entertainment venues.

The available workforce for the total nine-county region is more than a million strong. Local communities work together to support job creation throughout the entire nine-county area, and often share resources to provide employment information to perspective employers.
