Featuring Britni Elise in concert and a travel fair with more than 25 Ohio travel partners

COLUMBUS, Ohio (May 14, 2010) – On Saturday, June 5, the Ohio Tourism Division partners with Zoombezi Bay and the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium to help families celebrate Ohio Tourism Multicultural Day with special events, live entertainment and a one-of-a-kind travel fair featuring more than 25 Ohio travel destinations. Attendees will be able to plan future Ohio getaways and find great discounts and deals from Ohio destinations such as the Ohio State Parks and Resorts, the Cincinnati Museum Center and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

Jungle Jack's Landing, home to the zoo's most adventurous amusement-style rides, will be the site of Multicultural Day events, including fun for the whole family. Meet one of Columbus' favorite radio personalities, win fabulous prizes and enjoy performances by some of the best high school marching bands from around the region and a live concert by up-and-coming Ohio-native star, Britni Elise
(www.britnielise.com).

"Ohio is an amazingly diverse state, and we want to share that diversity of travel experiences with our multicultural audiences," says State Tourism Director Amir Eylon. "Ohio Tourism Multicultural Day offers travelers a great opportunity to learn about all the great getaway destinations in Ohio, enjoy some entertainment, and see the world-class Columbus Zoo."
