Economic Development Program
The Economic Development Program provides funds to units of local government to provide gap financing for local business development. Except for local infrastructure needs, Economic Development Program funds are repaid to the local community's Revolving Loan Fund to provide funding for additional business assistance activities.

Comprehensive Downtown Revitalization Tier One Program
The Comprehensive Downtown Revitalization Tier One Program provides funds to eligible communities to assist with the development of downtown revitalization planning documents.

The Comprehensive Downtown Revitalization Tier Two Program provides funds to eligible communities to help eliminate blighted conditions, improve infrastructure and stimulate economic development in central business districts.

Community Development Corporation Microenterprise Business Development Program
The Microenterprise Business Development Program provides grants to eligible nonprofit organizations to assist in the development of local microenterprise businesses and to create and retain long-term jobs in the private sector. Microenterprises are defined as for-profit entities with five or fewer employees, one of whom owns the business.
