The Results-Oriented Management for Accountability (ROMA) has been a critical tool to prove the overall effectiveness of the Community Action Agency (CAA) programs.  ROMA has given CAAs the ability to attract additional funding for the growth of these programs.  There have been numerous ROMA meetings and events in the past year that have reinforced strong partnerships and attracted national attention.

In PY 2008, CAAs documented the use of $23,053,438 of CSBG funds and 1,711,957 volunteer hours were expended in support of these efforts.
