The Brownfield Revolving Loan Fund (RLF), funded by a grant from the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA), offers below-market-rate loans to assist with the remediation of Brownfield properties, returning them to productive economic use in the community.

Cleanup dollars are now available for Asbestos and/or Petroleum Remediation through the Brownfield Revolving Loan Fund program.
Please see below applications with program information along with the program’s policy document in the list above. All prospective borrowers must submit and receive approval of the Site Eligibility Form prior to submission of an application for loan financing.
