Our Mission

Our mission is to maximize contracting dollars in awards to Ohio's small and disadvantaged businesses by supporting and training qualified contractors. 

Our Goals

  • To help minority, small and disadvantaged businesses to be competitive and effective in securing government contracts and sub-contracts.
  • To maximize partnerships between small and disadvantaged businesses with prime contractors.
  • To positively impact Ohio's economy through improved business activity and sales as well as the creation, retention and expansion of jobs.
  • To build strong and knowledgeable contractors through targeted training and one to one assistance.
