MBAC – Minority Business Assistance Centers

The Minority Business Assistance Centers provide outreach for the Minority Business Enterprise Division into the minority business community. The Minority Business Assistance Centers assist minority entrepreneurs with loan and bond packaging services, management, technical, financial and contract procurement assistance. 

OMFI - Office of Minority Business Financial Incentives

A frequent obstacle to minority business growth is the lack of capital. The Office of Minority Business Financial Incentives administers loan and bond programs that promote the growth and establishment of minority and small business enterprises in Ohio. OMFI administers the Capital Access Program, Minority Direct Loan Program and the Minority Business Bond Program.
