Background
The BOC program is a nationally recognized standard that is led by the Northwest Energy Efficiency Council (NEEC), a non-profit business association of the energy efficiency industry with member companies throughout the Pacific Northwest. The Midwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (MEEA) administers BOC in the Midwest, including Ohio. The Ohio Department of Development has teamed up with MEEA to offer the BOC program in Ohio and it is administered by the Ohio Public Facilities Maintenance Association (OPFMA).
