The Results-Oriented Management for Accountability (ROMA) has been a critical tool to prove the overall effectiveness of the Community Action Agency programs. ROMA has given the Community Action Agencies the ability to attract additional funding for the growth of these programs. There have been numerous ROMA meetings and events in the past year that have reinforced strong partnerships and attracted national attention.

In Program Year 2009, Community Action Agencies received $27,124,229 of Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) funds and created more than 2.4 million volunteer efforts.
