The Management and Assessment Task Force (MATF), along with the National Information System Data Collection Task Force (ISTF), and the Community Action Network created the National Performance Indicators (NPIs) to capture consistent national outcome data surrounding the six ROMA Goals. Twelve national indicators were established to measure and compare the performance of the Community Action Agency Network to present a more consistent and coherent national picture of their results and accomplishments.
