Living In Ohio >> Ohio Housing Trust Fund Programs The Ohio Housing Trust Fund provides funding to projects that serve primarily low-income families and individuals. Ohio Housing Trust Fund dollars may be used for a full range of housing activities including predevelopment costs, rental assistance, housing counseling, handicapped accessibility modifications, rehabilitation, home repair and new construction. Ohio Housing Trust Fund dollars are allocated based on recommendations by a 14-member advisory committee representing various sectors of the housing and lending industry and local governments.
